These terms cover the Flapfit app and this website. By using the app you agree to them. They are written to be read, so they are short.
Exercise safely
Flapfit is a game that asks you to exercise, and exercise carries risk. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or trainer. Talk to a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, or have a heart, joint or other health condition. Stop at once if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Play somewhere clear of furniture, people and pets, on a surface that will not slip, with the phone placed where it cannot fall on you. You are responsible for your own space and your own body.
What the app counts
Reps, scores and streaks come from a pose model reading a camera picture. They are a game's judgement, not a measurement you should rely on for health, training or any other decision.
Your clips
Clips of your sets are yours and stay on your phone unless you share them. If you choose to put a clip forward to be featured, you give us permission to show it inside the Flapfit app to other players for the period the app tells you, after a person has reviewed it. That permission is not permission to use your clip in advertising or in a store listing; we would ask you separately, by name, for that. You can withdraw a featured clip at any time from inside the app.
Do not put forward a clip of anyone who has not agreed to it, or anything unlawful, hateful or sexual. We may decline or remove any clip.
Free play and Flapfit Pro
The first game you finish is yours to play once a day for free. Flapfit Pro, when it is offered, is a subscription sold through Google Play. Google Play handles payment, renewal and cancellation, and its terms apply to the purchase. A subscription renews until you cancel it in Google Play; uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
Using the app fairly
Do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer, overload or misuse the app or the services behind it, or use it to harm anyone.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Flapfit running and fair, but it is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available, accurate or free of faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date above changes, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

What the app collects, and what never leaves your phone, is set out in the privacy policy.
